Student Visa

Visa Information

Work Opportunities

Eligible degree-level Student visa holders can generally work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time outside term time, subject to their visa conditions.

Post-Study Opportunities

The Graduate route allows eligible graduates to stay and work or look for work after completing an eligible course. The current duration is 2 years for applications made by 31 December 2026 and 18 months for applications made on or after 1 January 2027; PhD graduates can receive 3 years, subject to the rules in force.
